These terms cover the public jack7 test service. jack7 is a game for casual play, not a critical service.

Who runs jack7

jack7 is operated by AMBacelar LTD. Questions about these terms can be sent to adi@ambacelar.com.

Using the service

You may use jack7 to create and join card-game rooms, play with other people, and test the app during its beta and early public releases.

Please use jack7 fairly and respectfully. You must not:

  • abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate other players;
  • use player names to share personal information, offensive content, or misleading claims;
  • automate gameplay, room creation, joining, or WebSocket traffic;
  • scrape, probe, overload, attack, or disrupt the service;
  • attempt to bypass limits, security checks, or compatibility checks;
  • use jack7 for spam, fraud, commercial exploitation, or unlawful activity.

We may block, rate-limit, remove, or restrict access to rooms or connections that appear abusive, automated, disruptive, or unsafe.

Testing status and availability

jack7 is being tested and improved. Features may change, break, disappear, or be reset. The service may be unavailable during deployments, maintenance, incidents, or experiments.

Do not rely on jack7 for anything important. It is a card game, not a storage service, communication service, emergency service, financial service, or other critical service.

No warranty

jack7 is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMBacelar LTD makes no warranties about uninterrupted availability, game accuracy, compatibility, performance, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property

jack7, including its name, code, game presentation, artwork, card assets, interface design, text, and other materials, belongs to AMBacelar LTD or its licensors.

You may use the app and website for personal gameplay and testing. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from jack7 except where allowed by law or by a separate written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMBacelar LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost goodwill, service interruption, or gameplay outcomes arising from use of jack7.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as jack7 develops. Continued use of jack7 after an update means you accept the updated terms.
